Very good customer service. Went and picked up a uforce 600. Machine was very clean. Had the front and rear windows put on and they were installed perfect. Everything about the machine was explained to me when I purchased it. Will definitely buy from them again.

Andrew was very good at accommodating us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Friendly atmosphere and Andrew was very knowledgeable about the CF Moto line of machines and accessories. We had a great experience and 100% recommend FIRM.

Shout out to FIRM for helping us figure out our depth finder power issue! Great customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good day on the lake!! They also had the part we needed on hand! Very helpful and parts were very reasonable! Thanks for all you do!
