Unreliable power, and they left a bunch of plastic waste on the ground after replacing an electric pole on my neighbor's property. Come on guys, it's not that hard to clean up after yourselves.

Power reliability is terrible, with multiple outages per month. Though they only last for a second, it's enough to shut down my computer while I'm working. Fiber Internet is great so far though.

As an electricity company they are awful. Outage at least weekly during good weather (no this is not an exaggeration). Had to buy battery backup system for my house or else I couldn't work. As an internet company much better, fiber is fast and priced competitively. Wish they could get their act together.
