I had a solar panel shipped here from Amazon during a trip down the Mississippi River in canoe. They held the package for me and were very friendly when I went to pick it up. This made a big difference in my trip! Thank you!

I’m so tired of driving 25 minutes to pick up my packages. Isn’t that why I pay postage. I would understand if they were large boxes but they are not!!!

Automated phone service is HORRIBLE. Finally got to the “Agent” line and no one was available. All I wanted to do was see if a post office accepted general delivery.

Came here Friday, Oct 13 th. And had an AMAZING experience. I don't come in here often, but I'm a relative of someone that lives here. I love being able to walk in here and have excellent service every single time! The people working the desk are always in a good mood! That never happens where I live, in the twin cities. This gentleman, was smiling, patient with my elderly mother, who is 82. The clerk was joking, laughing, made small talk, all around awesome customer service. He offered many ways for my three packages to get to their destination, which I appreciated. He asked me to fill out the survey on the bottom of the receipt. Which I already did! Because I know that helps him, I know it helps his location of post office in aiken. And this review hopefully will bump up the poor reviews on this location as well. I love the mail carrier for my parents house. They always come up to the door, to give my parents their mail when it's a package that is too large to fit into the box. I'm sorry that other people have troubles. I'm using talk to text speech to make this review. Keep up the great work to all the postal carriers, the people at the desk, the janitorial staff, the production workers, the people that consider themselves behind the scenes, the drivers, the OTR drivers, everybody! You matter, you are doing great work! I used to work for the post office as a temporary employee for about 5 years off and on, it's hard work!

Way understaffed, no one ever answers the phone, voicemail box is always full, don't deliver the mail or packages for days at a time and then don't have them available when you drive 20 miles into town to pick them up at the post office.I know they are always short of staff and they are busy, but so are we, the rest of the general public, and we pay to have the mail and packages DELIVERED to our addresses, so we are not getting what we are charged for.VERY UNRELIABLE!!

I would put zero stars if I could. The skinny lady with straight short shoulder length lighter hair that is always working there is incredibly rude. Even my own child told me that she was being sassy. Customer service here is horrible. Absolutely horrible.

placed mortgage payment in box with red flag up. Carrier put flag down but didnt take my mail. Aitkin has the worst carriers

Aitkin's post office is conveniently located on Hwy. 169, two blocks S of Hwy. 210. Street parking is available. Waiting time is minimal. One of the easiest places to do your postal business.

Our Postal delivery for Airpark Drive has become extremely lazy & careless. Put in multiple complaints on him & have heard from other neighbours that they have also put in complaints on the same employee. If you order any packages dont expect to get them delivered or if they do get delivered they will either get stuffed in the mailbox or thrown on your front steps if his aim is good enough. Camera footage doesn't help correct his issues. Hopefully his actions will be corrected or taken care of.
