“We were headed to a cabin near Walker when we had a piece of animal bone puncture our tire. It was around 8:30 pm, completely dark and we had no phone service. Our spare tire holder was rusted out, so we weren’t able to get it down ourselves. Dispatch sent Always Sam’s out to us and Jesse was there 10 minutes later. I thought for sure we’d be waiting at least an hour. He was SO kind and helpful. He cut the spare out and installed it very quickly, then gave us recommendations for car shops in the area to get it fixed in the morning. We were so thankful for his help.Service: Tire change”

“After waiting over an hour to receive Roadside assistance through insurance company to no avail, I called Mike’s Towing & Recovery directly for help. Mike answered on the first ring, and was extremely helpful from this first contact. Mike quickly responded to tow my truck that was overheating. Mike took me and my three family members with him, and stopped at a restroom for a family member to use the facility. Mike then attempted to fix the serpentine belt, but unfortunately parts were not available late on a Sunday afternoon. Mike allowed us to remain at his shop until a family member arrived from the Twin Cities to pick us up. The next morning, Mike towed the vehicle to the nearest dealership in Bemidji to have the repair completed under warranty.
