The pharmacy staff are the BEST, Chris is super helpful, friendly and nice, and the other woman who works in the pharmacy is always very friendly and kind too. Today, when I went in to pick up prescriptions and grab a few other things, there wasn’t anyone at the front cash registers, and I looked around the store before taking my items to the pharmacy to pay, where of course Chris helped me. Giving 3 stars (it would have been 5) based on the pharmacy staff alone. Next time, I’ll stick to their pickup window so I don’t have to deal with the staff in store!
As I was leaving the store, I was stopped by an employee (mid 30’s? Male with glasses) who was stocking something. He rudely said to me, “you could have asked.” As if it was my fault that no one was watching the cash register. Very poor customer service and then to have the audacity to say something rude like that to a customer who was just trying to make a purchase- unbelievable. I wish I caught his name. I am not the type of person to leave reviews, but this felt necessary!

Yes. For them is normal to close store 5 min before closing time. People work there have no idea how to work properly and operate cash register. They just say we not training do this or this.

Went there at 4:55 and the guy closed and locked the door in my face. One you guys don’t close for another 5 min, two that was very disrespectful.

What time is the right time they open. Store says 10. Site says 11. After sitting there half hour waiting.

I'm impressed with CVS in Albany Minnesota. When my husband and I first moved here, they were right on and quickly transferred our meds from our former town to here and even delivered some of the needed ones the same day. I would definitely recommend CVS Albany to anyone who asks.???

Don't go here for the walk in vaccine. They don't have the Johnson and Johnson which their online ability says it's in stock and they require you to have an hour and a 1/2 wait so they can thaw the vaccines before they give it to you there is no "walk in".

The website says they have: Passport Photos, Covid vaccines (no appointment necessary), and a Clinic.That is categorically false.They do not have a Photo machineThey will not give you a Covid shot until after 10AMThey do not have a blood pressure machineI drove 30 minutes to get "no, no, not until after 10"

I have used CVS for years, but like all things, it has changed. I used to be able to use the 24 hour store in Brockton, but they did away w/ the 24 hour part & that was a shameNow I go to the Bridgewater store & though expensive, it's clean & well stocked.
