I usually stop by on my way to work on nights and there's a cashier guy that is always meaning and rude I usually have to ask for a bag and when he has to give me change back he just throw the money on the counter that's not very nice I don't know if he doesn't like his job or because I'm Hispanic! otherwise is a nice store 🙂

Cashier, Agnes, was VERY RUDE, voice was raised as if she was yelling at me about paying at the pump or prepaying inside. I have never had issues before this but I agree with MANY other reviews that friendly service is not top priority anymore. Definitely going to lose my business of this continues.

Whatever happened to service with a smile? Cashiers are consistently unfriendly, in a hurry to get rid of you, and often rude. Take a cue from Kwik Trip on the right way to provide customer service.

Recently I got gas at Holiday in Albany, Minnesota. It seems like after I got gas on my car, especially when I put myfoot on the ecelerater, the car shakes. I will definitely get gas somewhere else when in the Albany area. I would give zero stars if I would be able to.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. The products are fine but the staff is incredibly rude. I used to come here regularly due to work but now I do everything in my power to go ANYWHERE else. I've been here probably 30+ times and have never had a pleasant staff member. All staff should undergo re training on how to act like decent members of society.

Filled our truck with fuel and went into the store to pick up road trip items and pay.Convenience store is clean and well stocked. One staff was very helpful and anticipated needs as we were gathering our items through the store. One of the needs had the staff going to the back kitchen for an item.We then get to the cashier and instead of any sort of normal greeting, we were greeted with “just to let you know, after you hang your pump, you have 10 minutes to pay or the register starts beeping this really annoying beep. So, if you can get in a pay it would avoid the annoying beep.”The cashiers name was Agnes. I know this because I stared at her in shock that she’s rather have someone come in an immediately pay for their fuel instead of increase store sales by allowing them to peruse as their leisure.Here’s the deal: my vehicle is still at the pump, I’m still in the store. Chill out. Your store isn’t worth multiple purchases to me. And the annoying beep isn’t any of my concern. Enforce pay at the pump then if it’s that bad.It’s not even that bad, but my goodness it’s not something we needed to be harped on for this morning. Deal with it, Agnes. Every job has something the employee doesn’t like to deal with. It’s not the customers problem.

One cashier in specific needs some retraining on selling tobacco and customer service in general. She isn’t doing her job what she’s doing is harassing customers that smoke. There is no reason to be IDing people who are easily in their 50’s or in my case IDing someone for years at least every other day even if i'm a younger person you know i’m of age i haven’t gotten any younger over the years i sure wish i did. Seems like she doesn’t appreciate your regulars would rather chase them away. All other employees are great though this one is just obviously never happy to be there and takes it out on customers.
