Do NOT open an account with this bank!! They nickel and dime you with lots of fees! Management, especially at the Albany branch, is utterly useless. For your sanity, and to save money, take your accounts elsewhere. Do NOT bank with this bank!

Absolute worst bank around very rude Ryan and Craig are not understanding not happy with this place will be spreading the word everywhere possible about this scam of a bank. Purchased a truck from MTH out of at cloud have had nothing but issues with the truck, had some recent business changes added a new trailer to are fleet and on top of the mechanical problems the truck is just not heavy duty enough for what we need. Ryan has been calling me a liar through this process told me there is nothing he can do trying to charge me 4 grand over what I paid to in a “early buy out” never have I ever had this happen with a auto loan especially a business auto loan, this bank does not care about repeat customers or you or your business needs absolute worst bank around. Spread the word everyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SCAM OF A BANK.
