I would like to thank Blake and Tammy at the Auto Zone in Albert Lea MN for all of their help this past Saturday April 20, 2024. My 2014 KIA Sportage broke down and they went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your knowledge and kindness. It made a very stressful situation much more bearable. I highly recommend them and this Auto Zone.

I’m not sure who was working this morning, but they were very helpful and my car needs were met. I ended up fixing my vehicle right there and saved around $400 by not taking it to a mechanic.

Stopped in to purchase some headlight bulbs. They were difficult to match. Thank God the have a professional named BLAKE working there. He was very knowledgeable. If he isn't the manager, he should be. Thank you again BLAKE. You are a true professional.

Stopped in on a longer trip to diagnose a check engine light. The employees there are awesome! Blake was especially helpful in getting our issue resolved and found me a good discount/value to boot. Highly recommend!

I was finally happy with autozone after having the awesome help of the manager Kimmy in finding my warranties and processing them right and getting me the right parts when for the longest time no one could find my warranty info so I had to. Keep buying my warranties parts even though they were lifetime warranty. She is an awesome asset to autozone
