I stay here the night before each time I go to a festival at Harmony Park. I have stayed at other hotels in Albert Lea before and none met the standards like this Best Western Plus. The staff are helpful and friendly! Good lighting in the rooms. Lots of plug ins! Right by a Hy-Vee and a Kwik Trip.

Wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is there was no coffee at 6:22 and breakfast started at 6am.
