I rarely leave bad reviews...or I at least try not too.
But this stay hear has convinced me to switching membership to a new brand.
To start the elevator is in a closet...just wait till you try to get the cart in and out of there!
The price...omg.
This is an "plus" so no real additions yet the price they are charging is out of this world.
And why??? Because a motorcycle rally is going on 500 miles away!
I stayed here using 36k points.
I stay in a place in Milwaukie on the way home that's nicer than this and only 20k.
That will eat up all my point then I'll look at switching to something else.
Greed....sorry but that's all that's represented here...greed.
On a plus note...there's an Applbys within walking distance.
Shame on you BW

Wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is there was no coffee at 6:22 and breakfast started at 6am.

Room above average size. King bed was comfortable. Easy chair, desk fridge, and microwave. Indoor Pool. Hot breakfast items.

Stay here quite often. Available parking for a semi curb side across the street or in the parking lot of the business south of BW lot. Staff are always nice and attentive, Kerri is the best!!!!! Plenty of door dash or taxi services nearby. Wedgewood cove golf course is not far away if you like playing a round and enjoying great food in the restaurant. Breakfast is okay, waffles are available.
Hyvee has a grocery store right by the hotel so you can stock your fridge.
They have a handicap access room with a large shower and a whirl pool tub room as well, have stayed in both. The Harley Davidson shop is right next door if you wanna check out some great bikes.

Safety: No trouble here
Walkability: Plenty of stores and food in walking distance
Food & drinks: McDonald's, Hyvee, Arby's, Applebee's

Stayed in a pet friendly room and one bed had legs so animals may hide underneath. I thoughT the platform base on the other bed was smarter, but the box spring had holes in the fabric and so my cat crawled into the box spring and we thought she had escaped the room when we couldn't find her in the morning! Moment of panic there that better quality bedding would have prevented, but I appreciate that the room was available, inexpensive, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We woke up to a very wet floor after a rain storm. The pool was also under construction.

Rooms: Beds are firm but otherwise comfortable.
Breakfast was rather lackluster. Selection of cereal. One type of each bread, bagel, biscuit. Two sizes of waffle maker. Hot biscuit (doughy) with sausage and gravy was adequate. Sausage links and patties.
Juice, milk, tea, and coffee options were decent.

Very nice hotel, our specific room location was awful. If you book, ask *not* to be booked in 214 as it is directly across the hall from the elevator on one side, the window is 250 feet from I-90 on the other, *and it is directly above the pool.*
Breakfast was half cold/half hot with just eggs and sausage. Staff is nothing less than apathetic but they get the job done.
Rooms are spacious, have underlighting, beds are EXTREMELY FIRM.
Pool is small, 3' at shallowest, 5' at deepest, worked for my kids fine.
Overall okay, just lacking service and comforts like chairs.

Convenient location just off I-90. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice large, clean rooms made for a very comfortable stay. Nice breakfast included. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed for a wknd. back in February to do some antique shopping..(Finally remembered to post a review!..) We got lucky and had a wknd. without any hockey games going on. Carrie at the front desk was so nice!! She told us where we could find these places to shop. And also mentioned good places to eat. And even wrote the names of these places on a piece of paper for us!! She even let us know of some of things going on at some establishments that would maybe interest us! The room was super clean! Very clean bathroom too! The sink is outside of the bathroom.. but had a huge mirror with a really cool light behind the mirror! And there were reading lights on each side of bed! Accent lighting behind the headboard looked really cool! As well as accent lights behind the TV and in the closet! (You do have to hunt for the switch for the closet lights... Hint- it's hidden on the right side!) Breakfast was more than adequate with a nice area to sit! A great (and quiet) stay!
Rooms: The room is very well kept. And there are reading lights on each side of the bed! The bed is very comfortable too! And accent lighting gives the room a neat ambiance! The bathroom is clean. The sink is located outside of the bathroom. It has a huge mirror with really cool blacklisting! The little fridge did not have a freezer..
