The car wash is frequently out of service without proper signage or a disabled option at the pump, and purchased codes may not be redeemable in time. The frozen drink machine is often out of order. A recurring problem is the lack of soap in the men's bathroom. Additionally, the ready-to-eat hot food items are commonly past their sell-by time, sometimes by hours, and selection is very limited. While some visits are positive, these operational problems are frequent.

I love Casey's. But if you order anything for pickup do yourself a favor and add 15 minutes to the pick-up time. They never get an order out on time.... Ever.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered! It takes 20 min. To make but 1 hour for it to be delivered!! Call them back after about 5 min. To tell them we would pick it up and they said we couldn't. The guy taking the order seemed off !! Never again !!!
