However, the business faces several consistent issues. Orders for pickup are never ready on time. The car wash is frequently out of service without proper signage or a disabled option at the pump, and purchased codes may not be redeemable in time. The frozen drink machine is often out of order. A recurring problem is the lack of soap in the men's bathroom. Additionally, the ready-to-eat hot food items are commonly past their sell-by time, sometimes by hours, and selection is very limited. While some visits are positive, these operational problems are frequent.

Casey's has really gone down hill as far as friendliness and customer service. They barely talk to you or offer help! A lot of times not much to choose from in the hot turn table, they run behind with food.
