They don't return phone calls. Account goes negative from a pre-authorized charged after already finalizing the actual charge and item is shipped. They can't explain it but it is on the banks end due to not releasing the pre-authorized charge. Happens often and again, they don't return phone calls. And needless to say, you can't leave a message after hours because their voice-mail is full.

The worse thing that could happen would be CCF buying out our local bank. We have experienced nothing but negative experiences since. From personal banking to our mortgage.

A very unpleasant bank, compared to Before it was bought out. Seems chronically understaffed as you seem to be put on an endless hold if you dare call them.
