I live in Massachusetts and I contacted Weurflein about a slightly older used Ford that had been traded in and listed on their site for sale. I immediately got in contact with Jesus Aguirre who was friendly, personable, and answered every single one of the million questions I had for him. I had the truck inspected at an independent mechanic who found some items to address, Wuerflein not only took this list in stride but honored the below market value listing price of the truck after making a few thousand dollars in repairs for me. Zach in finance was beyond helpful during the process as well. They took care of everything including Massachusetts reg and title, dealing with my local bank, arranging transport, and made me feel valued despite not being a local customer. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Wuerflein Chevy to anyone, regardless of where you live. They are truly a stand up group of individuals. Thank you for my truck, I love it!

Purchased a certified used truck here, which I later found out had been in an accident. They only offered to buy it back for less than I paid for it. Do not trust these people.

Joe was very helpful and fun. He walked me through the vechile purchasing process. Joe found the car I wanted. Justin walked me through my gears and apps of the vechile. He was knowledgeable. Zac got me financed. Joe, Justin and Zac were my vechile buying Dream team. Thanks guys! You made buying a car positive after several negative experiences else where. My husband and I were traveling from Iowa to Wisconsin pulling our fifth wheel. We had a mechanical issue with our Chevy truck and called Wuerflein. They not only recommended a great tow service but went above and beyond taking care of us. Including bring my husband’s glasses out to the campground, where the tow service dropped us off. After much discussion with them on the phone, we ended up, buying a brand new Chevy 3500 Trail Boss from them. They came back to the campground and picked us up and took us to the dealership to finish the paper work. Joey, the salesman, Shawn, the service rep, and Matt, the general manager all are all rock stars making everything as seamless as possible. We were on the road and headed to our original destination in Wisconsin in just a day. Thanks Wierflein Chevrolet.

My experience with Zach and Jesus when getting my new GMC Sierra Denali was excellent!
Zach treated me with respect as we worked through and completed the financial piece of my trade.
Jesus and I went over the ins and outs of programing, buttons and settings.
I've had my new GMC Sierra Denali now for over a month, I've had questions along the way of which Zach and or Jesus is always ready to help me.
I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Wuerflein Chevrolet GMC and would encourage friends and family to give them a try.

I had a great experience at Wuerflein GMC in Albert Lea. A big shoutout to the front desk team—especially Lauren and Krystal- for being so friendly, helpful, and always professional. Lauren really went above and beyond.
I also want to recognize the service techs. I know their days are often fully booked, so I really appreciate them getting my car in for an oil change (and earlier that week) finding time to fit in my parents’ vehicle for factory repairs—Their flexibility and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you all for the excellent service!

We had the very best team at Wuerflein's this week!! It started off with Sean Chapek, who is excellent in the service department. He found a car suitable for us and passed us on to Joe Maas and Zach Kratz. It was a smooth and efficient process. They answered all our questions thoroughly!!!! Joe took the time and walked us through everything in the new car!! Zach was very generous with the pricing. He treated us excellent! We were very impressed with these three guys!!!
