As others have said, the initial purchase was good. Nice salespeople and a good experience. But everything after was a nightmare. We got our car and had it a month when we needed to have it serviced. It has now been gone 3.5 weeks and that hasn’t been good. They don’t communicate well- we are constantly having to call and ask for updates which are only partially accurate. We were originally told they would have our vehicle a day or two. Now we are almost a month because they kept finding issues with a car they literally just sold me. Glad they are fixing it (hopefully as at this point I am less than optimistic), but it has been a huge pain. They owed us money from our trade in because we downsized vehicle and what they said would be less than a week to get us a check, took 3 weeks- and that was with constant follow ups from us. Still haven’t seen plates that they said would be 2-3 weeks and it’s been 6 weeks. We will not be purchasing from them again and I would suggest you stay away too.

I came to Dave Syverson's after my car died unexpectedly and was beyond repair. I had not been saving or planning for this, so I was worried going in. Everyone I worked with listened to me with patience and understanding, did not judge my financial situation, and were fair and honest every step of the way. In the end they were able to find me a car the I could afford and fits my needs. They worked with the bank and went above and beyond to make this work for me, and I drove home with my car the same night! Thank you ALL for getting me back on the road, and for every string you pulled to make it happen.

It was quick and the best. The people there are AWESOME!!!!!!. Katie and Christa know the perfect vehicles for their customers!!!. Mitch was the best at helping with financing. I would definitely recommend and go back there!!

Got a car from here, it was not a good car. They spent 3 weeks repairing it once and it came back with the same problem, except my remote start didn’t work anymore either? I called and told them it still wasn’t working and the guy on the phone said “what can I do about that?” I got a few different loaner cars from there and they were not cleaned. Some of them had speeding tickets in them, used hair brushes, and other things that must have been left behind by other people. Another time they fixed it and gave it back to me but they never put the engine cover back on, the left it in the back seat of my car. I had to have a friend put it back on for me.

Anthony was a pleasure to deal with; Mitch did a great job following up to help with logistics of remote transaction and pick up. I had a great experience when I arrived to trade in my vehicle and pick up my new one. Everybody was a pleasure to deal with. And I believe I paid a fair price.
