Bought a vehicle here plus bought the expensive warranty... check engine light came on and I called to see if they could check it and they said $150 to just plug in the reader. Horrible customer service.

The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are scam artists who forge paperwork, lie about vehicle condition and try and push frivolous costs onto the customer. The old days of shady used car salesman are right here at Dave Syverson Ford. Look at all the reviews on google and yelp and - yup this is what you are getting when you buy a vehicle here. They should loose their license and not be allowed to sell anything in the state.

Took my car in to have it serviced by the body shop. They never replaced the horn that was wrecked in the crash. Going in for the car to be fixed, the Air conditioning and outside temperature worked just fine. When I picked it up, they did a good job on the body work, but the outside temperature sensor was all messed up and the air conditioning was all messed up, blowing hot air out of 1/2 the vents and col air out of the other 1/2. I took it back numerous times till it was fixed right, then I get a phone call from them trying to get money out of me! All was taken care of by the body shop manager. The horn never got replaced. Major hassle to deal with. I'm taking my business elsewhere! Why would you NOT double check things before you consider the job done? I would give -5 stars, but it won't let me. I'm done with this joke for a business!!
