I’ve shopped here twice now. The first time was a few months ago and the employees were very kind and welcoming. Tonight (5/10/24) at around 7pm I went in and found exactly what I’ve been looking for. The man at the front register was 100% excellent. He was so warm and welcoming. Awesome customer service!! He made my heart feel happy. I wish I had gotten his name. Management - please let him know that his customer service matters and that he got a happy review!

The Dollar Tree's staff exemplify a new level of apathy and rudeness. It's as if they're competing for the worst customer service award. Not only do they seem to actively avoid doing their jobs, but they also seem to revel in making customers feel unwelcome. It's a mystery how they manage to collect a paycheck for their blatant disregard for basic customer service principles. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

The employee "Lisa" was extremely rude. She screamed and swore at my children for ringing the call for service bell, when she was not at the register, and when something was said to her she answered with telling me I don't know how to raise my children. Because they rang a bell.

Huge selection of things you don't need. ?Friendly staff, clean isles, full shelves and quality food are just some of the things you'll find here. Mislabeled items, overpriced textiles and missing products can also be "found" here if they decide not to restock an item you've been coming here for. Considering it's the same company as Big Lots, you MIGHT find the item you're looking for next door, if they stopped carrying the item here.Overall, they're a good store and needs a little more effort.
