The staff was very courteous and professional. The beauty parlor was very clean and smells nice.We asked for the bottom few inches of my daughter's hair to be dyed, but the lady ended up doing almost 8 inches. ? I'm not in love with that, but I would still recommend them for cuts. I've had good experience with haircuts there!

1st time here, after sitting in the chair for 1.5 hours for a haircut, I left with jacked up hair in tears. I know I went from very long to short but what I got is definitely not what I asked for!!
