Awesome store hadn't been here before. It was definitely worth my drive, and I'll be back again. They have great prices worth driving for. The store is designed well so you don't have to put on too many walking steps either..very impressed..

The employee id like to leave a review for is named Manny! I and my fiance drove over 40 minutes to make it to home depot 10 minutes before closing. Manny was so welcoming and knowledgeable about what we needed and where to find it. He was extremely personable and polite and made us feel so welcome! We were worried about holding them up so close to closing but Manny dispelled any worries we had and made us feel like a priority! I can definitely say he provided the best customer service we have had in a long time! We definitely think this man deserves a raise or something to show he is recognized for all the good he is doing.

Update: I submitted a BBB complaint and Home Depot HQ reached out the same day telling me if I made sure to ask that it was included I did everything right and it should be covered. The store called me that night telling me they are going to cover it and make it right like they originally said. Sad I had to get the BBB involved for them to do the right thing. Do not ever buy your carpet or flooring here and have them measure and install. I did 3 years ago and the installers broke my brand new tile. Home Depot actually made that mistake right. Present day they won't correct their mistake. Had them out to measure. It was someone training another. They asked if we wanted carpet under the stairs. My wife said yes. All the measurements were done we went to the store to order it and pay. I sat down well actually I couldn't sit because they didn't have chairs. But I talked with the lady about the measurements and what not. We got to the basement and I had asked where the carpet for under the stairs is. She pointed to some of the cut off pieces and said pretty sure it's this. I said ok I will sign off but what if it's truly not that piece. She said "we will make it right" Well the carpet never came. Carpet comes in to install. Everythign is going good except no carpet for under the stairs. Come to find out they never even measured under the stairs! I called right away and told them. They ordered more carpet. I waited a week or so and got a call saying my carpet is in and it's $580 some dollars. Uhm what happened to making it right? I've now received 3 to 4 more phone calls trying to figure out what I was all told only to be told they won't do anything. Really twice I've had carpet installed and twice I've had something go wrong. Absolutely annoyed.

They were so helpful and kind here, from shoping and special orders to loading our stuff. Baby fell asleep on me while at checkout and they helped with everything. No more Menards for us, this is the place to go!
