They couldn't do the design that I wanted originally and I had to pick a new simpler design. Each of my nails came out with a different thickness, my polish was lumpy on both my pinkies and both my thumbs and they didn't do anything to fix my cuticles. I could still see my old nail polish on the finished product. The pumpkins don't even look like pumpkins, everyone thought they looked more like spiders. It's been 3 days and it already looks like I need them refilled. I paid $75.

Well, the final product looks nice, but yeah I would call into question how sanitary the equipment is.
I’d also like to echo the previous reviews mentioning a 20 min (in my case longer) wait before starting. By the time they started with me the water was nearly cold. It wasn’t busy either, quite the opposite.Massage was mid , the hot towels were left on so long my calves were freezing. The hot stones felt nice after that lol.
My real gripe comes with the gentleman (who did a nice job on my nails, even though he did rush a bit) when it came to payment time. He ran my card and said there was something wrong with it, which I knew was not true as i had just used it maybe an hour prior. So he tries again and comes back with a sassy attitude saying something is wrong with my cad and I need to call my bank. Well no lol so I ask if I can run my card myself in their machine and lookie cookie it worked just fine. He was still sassy with me, I only left a tip for them out of principe and to be a decent person. I won’t be back ?

My 7 year old and I got mani/pedi here because our normal salon was booked on short notice. The pedicure was great but way too short of a massage for the price.The nails however turned out fantastic.But everywhere in town has great kid prices because all a 7 year old is getting is a paint.. but it was INCREDIBLY high priced for that. Especially compared to everyone else around.The nail design turned out fantastic though and we are very happy with that!

Should be rated ZERO stars but they did offer us drinks but even though I said not thank you for water she still gave me the water and it did not taste like bottled water like she gave me anyway I had scrapes and my ankle and my knee and when they were messaging my feet and legs they were not careful and later on they even held on to my foot exactly were I hade scraped it and to back track ( the scrap was fresh and visible) (they did not cause the scrapes) oh and they messed up our nails and we even asked for then not file my nails to thin and the filed it so thin that my nail bends now. You even have to pay up front right away it costed at lot for us not to enjoy an experience I feel scammed and when I wanted to change the message chair setting after a few seconds she told me no and turned off the chair.Services: Gel manicure

I have been a loyal customer for years with this salon but the last three times I have visited I have walked out upset every time but yesterday when I left I was more then upset. When the nail tech was finishing up with my nails yesterday, 3 teenage boys walked in and asked how much pedicures would be for them to get their toe nails shaped and filed. they got completely ignored and when they asked again they got denied service because the male nail tech said "we don't do boy pedicures" and then told me he did not want to do their nails then proceeded to laugh. I blatantly asked him why and also said " I know a lot of men that get their nails done" and he just stayed quite. As being a nail salon and technically being part of the Beauty industry I am completely blown away by the unprofessionalism showed and just the down right gender discrimination that was showed at this location. I will NEVER be back to your salon and I hope you guys make some big changes. I walked out and asked the boys (who were still right outside the salon) if they were serious about getting pedicures and they responded yes so I told them not to waste their time coming to this salon and to go to either Nail Tech or Kim Nails here in Albert Lea. They thanked me, told me to have a good day and were overall very respectful.Service: Dip powder

These pictures are after only 3 days of getting my nails filled. He took less than 30 minutes and there are still spots of red from my previous nail color AFTER I already pointed it out. I leave for vacation tomorrow and don't even have time to go get it fixed somewhere else. I will never go back there! So disappointing!! They rush and just don't care. Was not my first bad experience, I should have known better than to go back there.Service: Acrylic nails

Had 2 pedicure appointments. Sat and waited 20 minutes before water was even filled and once filled we sat there until the water was cold. One pedicure was done at a time. Didn’t receive the pedicure we asked for (hot stones/massage), was very rushed and still tried charging full price for services we didn’t even receive. Not to mention CROSS CONTAMINATION. Very disappointed and a little disgusted. Will not be returning.*Edit* After talking to owner while I was there, he was very rude and unprofessional. Did not fix the problem/concern like stated in all of the owner responses.Service: Pedicure
