“Upon entering through the front door, you are greeted with a warm welcome. I shared my circumstances, and the owner was exceptionally polite. When I returned to collect my items, she took the time to explain the situation to me. She advised me to attempt to resolve the issue again, and when I came back to retrieve my belongings, she had successfully addressed my concern. It's rare to encounter individuals who are so kind and willing to go out on a limb for someone.”
