I was looking for a nice flat cap once, and given the lack of haberdasheries anywhere these days, it was a bit of a struggle. The customer service is amazing. He measured me to get the exact right size shirt. He has a great sense of style and was able to help me with color combinations of shorts, dress pants and ties.
