do not recommend. Extremely slow...spoke with Aaron 5 weeks ago...then with Emily...3 weeks ago...then Jaime 2 days ago...My Insurance wanted me to buy Cpap outright, they only give a 13 month...but Jaime said she will get back to me, never did. The way you figure out if they have good Customer Service is to give them a problem and see how they solve is. NO response is your solution...go elswhere.Decided to call again to complain...spoke with Alex...asked if I can speak with the owner or manage...he asked can I have your name...I said no...I have a complaint and I wish to know who is your manager. Alex said, it was Emily Goodnature. Its funny, that was one of the people I was going to complain about. Notice she has done a google review and given a 5 star...way to bump up google reviews...lol

I have never had an issue with lincare if I have equipment issues it looked into . My driver is the best he's very helpful kind and i hope he stays at lincare I truly appreciate him
