I am a diamond member, I was followed to my truck by an employee fir stealing coffee, I scanned my card. It was free, what trailer trash she was, I will never shop here again. I spent 437.00 bucks on fuel. Every other truck stop of quality gives free coffee. They're fuel is over priced low quality. Food sucks, and I encourage all truckers to shop at other places. American greedat work in loves.

They lied shower is not available because water main is broken. Then why is the restroom working fine? If water main was really broken, both shouldn’t work.
They just don’t want to work. They just don’t want to clean shower.
I can sense they are really lazy. There are a lot of complaints review of long wait for shower.
Hey Love’s owner, why don’t you let them go.

We all loved Love's gas and convenience stores. Truck stops; even showers.

Nice and clean truck stop overall. The downside was the wait for a shower, it took almost 50 minutes total even though no one else was in line. I saw the employee go back to clean, then return up front, but the still wasn’t available. Also, the Wendy’s inside was super slow with service. Good spot, but definitely needs improvement on efficiency.

Fifteen drivers in line waiting to take a shower on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at noon. At first I thought maybe it was a glitch in the system, so I called and the employee confirmed it. How can you let this happen? Incompetence at the highest level. Truck parking lot was more than half empty. Around 20 trucks parked.

Very clean, and well-stocked. The bathrooms were very clean, despite being busy. The cashier was friendly. This place has self-checkout, which I haven't seen in travel centers, before.

Nice Love’s Travel Stop here in Albert Lea, MN. This store was also newly renovated not that long ago. Across the 2 other Love’s I’ve visited, Love’s always prioritizes their stores & customers. I also have reviews on the other 2 Love’s (Floyd, IA & St. Charles, MN) if you’re wanting to check them out. Back to honest review, when I came in, the store was very clean & organized. There was a some hot food, which I grabbed a Sausage & Egg French Toast Sandwich, which was pretty decent. I also grabbed a small coffee (plain House Blend) & and a small bottle of Love’s branded water. With tax, the total was 10.57. The cashier at the counter was very nice & friendly. I personally prefer Love’s over Flying J because of Love’s ability to care for their stores & customers. Keep up the great work, Love’s #337!-ShyGun670

This loves is not at all ADA compliant from the truck side. To get to the building from the truck parking or diesel fuel island you have to go out into a road and back into the main parking lot. Super disappointed & upset that I (a wheelchair user) have to risk getting hit by someone on the road just to get into the loves
