The team scheduled the delivery around my schedule, arrived on-time and was extremely efficient at taking the old bed and installing the new one, including pairing the bed with the remote and making sure it worked before leaving. The sales staff was excellent and took great care to ensure that we were shown all merchandise and had our questions answered. She had seen their ad on TV and wanted to visit and see what they had for comfortable chairs She said it was nice, easy to find and their inventory was largeMost items they have in stock versus CA where it takes up to 10 weeks to receive furniture. They had a delightful time with the knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I was unable to join them as it would have taken me 24hrs. To get there. Evidently Google algorithms don't take feasible distance into consideration, so this review is second handed.”
