Phone representative was polite, professional and answered all my questions. The unit was the cleanest I've ever seen and insulated. The lanes were extra wide and drive through. The price was very reasonable.

Had a great experience after all the other problems that got resolved since was the first time renting and had no idea what I was doing and couldn't get the door to open cause nobody tells that information when you rent the units. 👍👍👍

Moving in was quick and easy. Was told it was a gated storage but another renter informed me that the gate hasn't worked all year and that a couple units had been broken into.

Do not rent here if you want your possessions to be safe after 2 months with the storage unit at this property I just arrived to put my Christmas decorations back into storage to find my lock cut off and anything of high value stolen from my locker of course when you call into storage rentals of America they could literally care less and just say oh I'm sorry that's a bummer but have a great day I mean there's just the storage units are very cheap but clearly that is for a reason

Could not get anyone to return my calls. They sent me a contract that I would not sign as they had the wrong price vs. What was quoted and advertised. They offered 30% off the first 3 months but because my rental started on the 19th of the month they considered it a whole month so only got 2 months at the reduced rate. They have still not sent me a revised contract eventhough I have called and emailed them???

well, I needed a storage right away. The people were very, very nice and kind to help me. They stayed on the phone with me when I couldn’t figure out what to do because I never really rented a storage the place was clean when we entered while taking care of. It took us a while to figure out the lock, but once we did, it was fine. They were very respectful the manager that comes on the property. I didn’t meet him personally, but I have spoken to him and he was very kind also so good experience altogether.

I'm new to Storage Rentals of America and so far so good. The property is clean and secure. And the welcoming staff is nice and professional. They are like serving people and do their job well. I'll wait and see how far this difference that makes Storage Rental America a great choice will go
