“Ashton was amazing help, went into Verizon to upgrade my phone and I think I was maybe there for an hour tops when in the past it’s taken longer than that to set up a new phone for me. He got me in and out quick.”

“I don’t normally write reviews, but the gentleman(Devarion) that helped me out today made the process seamless and it’s worth noting that. Generally, getting a new phone is somewhere at the bottom on the list things of things that I enjoy and it was pretty painless today.”

“Lavell is the Greatest Of All Time. I'm from out of state and in town for some training. I was having issues with a new phone for my son so I brought it with me. He went above and beyond helping me until we found a better solution and replaced the phone altogether. Then helped me set it up once the new one got shipped in. May both sides of his pillow be cool for all of his life.”

“Arrived at the store just before 6 pm. Jennifer explained Cricket's plan. Decided to switch from spectrum. This turned into a herculean task. All screw ups on spectrum's part. Jennifer was a champion! We, finally, got finished at about 7:45!! Kudos to Jennifer. We can't thank her enough.”
