This hotel one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Initially they put us in a room with an unmade bed, used sheets, dirty towels on the floor. Then there were stains on the sheets of our new room assignment. There were loud noises from both inside and outside the hotel starting about 2 AM…. to the extent we filed a noise complaint with law enforcement. Nobody got sleep. Then breakfast was a choice between fruit that was past ripe or a waffle.

It’s Dirty.. smelly like mildew..some bugs crawling around rooms. They had a pipe break while staying here so check in was a pain. most of the rooms that my group were supposed to stay in were filled with water.. so the hotel had to scramble and figure out different rooms to place us in. The only positive was the front desk worker and those who were quick to help. One room that they put us in the Ceiling looked like it was about to collapse because it was water logged also smelled horrible. Walking through the halls there were missing panels on the ceilings. It just felt dingy and very run down ..horror movie vibes like someone else’s review said lol.

Don't judge a hotel by the outside its decent inside , comfy beds cold ac down to 62, nice wood flooring, massage head shower.

I checked into this hotel, got my room key (353), headed to my room, only to find multiple children already in the room I was assigned. Mortified, I closed the door as quickly as possible. And I'm sure the children were fairly freaked out to see a stranger opening their door. Went back to the lobby and the front desk lady said that's weird there shouldn't be anyone in that room. At which point she assigned me a new room(363). After I checked out and continued to my next location to camp, I realized someone had stolen the tent from my roof rack bag while staying at this hotel.

This hotel is very run down, there's quite a bit of damage to the outside of the building including some broken windows. The room had a weird smell and there were some flies buzzing around, not great. The curtains wouldn't close all the way so the multi color floodlights that illuminate the front of the hotel bathed my room in a bright ever changing rainbow. Had I been high this may have been a feature, but sadly I was not. The free breakfast just barely meets the minimum legal definition of what can be considered a breakfast. I'd say don't stay here, but I get the sense this place is months away from closing down. It's pretty dire. Pool looked nice thought.

First night room was beyond terrible - awful smell, zero sleep and felt sick next day - also the “queen” bed - has to be a double. Super small. Switched rooms - MUCH better - “normal” room experience with basic amenities and the bed was MUCH bigger (traditional queen!). Bathrooms are TINY and VERY basic on what they offer.
Had I been able to, we would have checked out after the first evening and gone elsewhere. But the staff was easy to work with on the issues and the move.
Staff started off rocky - we came in on a night they were dealing with a situation - less than welcoming at that point and we waited for about 20-30 min to even check in. they really were dealing with something so we were ok, but the couple checking in behind us - their room wasn’t even ready yet by ~7PM.
Pool was closed while we were there - not sure why. Breakfast is LACKING and somewhat sketchy - we chose not to even try much and venture across the street.
Overall, I would maybe stay again if desperate but next time I’ll pay the extra money and go elsewhere.
Hotel is in need of some TLC - can tell it’s struggling.

If you are looking for something modern or ADA complaint this hotel is not for you! If you are looking for the location of your next horror film then this is the place for you! The smell threw out was musty/horrible! The furniture was very dated. The room felt humid like we were in the rainforest. There was mold on the ceiling. The breakfast was non-existent. To say the least the pictures don’t do this hotel justice! If you book through Expedia you will be billed three times from the hotel itself and the front staff will not help.

Hotel maintenance appears to be lacking in many areas, yet it is clean, and the staff are great. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The carpeted stairs to the second floor definitely needed vacuuming & the room smelled horrible….like a toxic level of moth balls or insecticide??? The floor desperately needed to be mopped. We put down towels to walk on. The lamp on one side of the bed didn’t work. The wrinkled fitted bed sheet was about to pop off which made me wonder if it was clean….The walls/ door next door were without sound-proofing….we heard a loud tv and talking all night long. We had to use earplugs and run the AC fan. The front desk lady looked dumbly at me when I told her these problems, then said they were short staffed in housekeeping….the last 5 years since Covid 🙄🙄🙄 if it hadn’t been 11 PM when we arrived, we would have left… DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY ARE RUNNING THIS PLACE INTO BANKRUPTCY IT APPEARS….It needs remodeling, upkeep, & much improved customer service. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experience, only two towels in the room on check in and was told we would have to wait till the next day for any more as they were out. Never been to a hotel that didn’t have enough towels for the their rooms. Was no remote control in the room on check in. Has to contact the front desk 3 times! Before getting one in the evening of our second day. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the shower walls. Clearly was not cleaned between guests. Continental breakfast was sub par at best.
Overall it was a terrible experience and one I would not recommend to anyone.

Let this be your last resort. When you drive up, you can see that this place is run down and has seen better days. Aspects in the lobby indicate that - back in the day - it was probably really nice but looks to have fallen on hard times. We booked a couple of nights for an event as this was the last place in the area with openings. The regular rooms themselves are super small and the 'suite' I booked... had the feel of a cheap, beat up apartment in the city. The tub/shower never drained, sink had issues, and the air conditioning wasn't working all that well. The bed I had was OK but the pull out and roll away in the other area looked pretty bad. Pool was small and the included breakfast didn't have a ton of options. The place seems to be running on a skeleton crew as its hard to find someone when you have a question. The one positive was that the couple of people I spoke to we all friendly and as helpful as they could be. In the end, we ended up driving home a day early and just eating the cost of the extra night rather than stay.

Very disappointing for the price. Would not recommend staying here. Our room’s toilet was clogged upon arrival, no hot breakfast offered and limited breakfast options were all Great Value (Walmart brand), most breakfast machines were broken (ex. Toaster and juice dispenser), sticky floors in the guest room, lampshades in the guest room falling off, sagging ceiling tiles and ceiling vent. Glass entryway to the lobby had a broken window. Only redeeming quality was the friendly lady attending to the breakfast.
