Well, there is limited understanding of what you ask for. I.e., no gel polish, yet I look at the package and they put gel polish on. When I say don’t cut the nails on the side (lateral folds) and they try to cut them! I was here with my sister, we paid the same, but defiantly did not get the same treatment. They do not take the time to ensure everyone is taken care of in the same manor. I felt very rushed!

The friendly staff makes you feel so welcome!
Cleanliness: The shop was in great shape. It's very clean, and smelled great!
Stylist: I didn't catch the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but she was fantastic! She was very friendly and did a great job.

I did not realize that they closed at 7:00 p.m. Emily was working and I have to tell you this. I have never ever had a manicure so utterly perfect and beautiful My nails look like my own.
Specialties: I had gotten my nails done in Texas they were very thick and looked so fake. She spent in half an hour to 45 minutes just shaving everything down to be perfect.

Omgosh I called Kim she is so sweet she gave me directions I went down she took me right in, the shop is crazy busy, with her personality I can see why she greets everyone with a smile and attention. Charlie helped me it’s been awhile since I have had my nails done correctly he took time w me they are perfect I will definitely be back ?
