“This storage has a lot of hidden fees the special was 12.99 a month with 2 free months come to find out I had to pay $29 move in fee and 3 months of insurance for $17 each which came out $90.06 for a 5x5 storage. So it not $12.99 a month because they require you to have insurance so it's $29 a month. I paid for it because it is in a good location I didn't mind paying but I feel like they shouldn't tell customers one thing and then it's something else just be truthful in the beginning that's it and that's all. Customer Service is top tier I really appreciate the customer service this is why I gave them 4 stars”
“Park out of the way, north side of road. Check in and give info, get directions on what to do. A guy comes check your trailer for temps when a door is ready for ya. Precooled reefer to -10. I was there early, but with other trucks. So I had to wait to get a call. Plenty of room to maneuver. Have to back in across the road. When done loading, loader comes out and gets to seal your doors. Then you pull out of way and get your papers.”
