Storage got broken into Dan called me back and called me names because the door was damaged and was no help to see who did it even though there are cameras like it would have been to much of a hassle to review the footage isn't that why I pay so much is for piece of mind and security it's like it was a inside job.

THE OWNER/Manager Said I quote "GET THE F#% OUT" , as well as "Keep F%í—*ing walking" over a MINOR storage auction dispute. NEVER EVER GIVE THEM your business... I've been to hundreds of auctions in my lifetime, however this was my first storage auction, but I'm pretty sure putting my hand in a slicing motion meant IM OUT.. During this auction there seemed to be 3 bidders.. Me, someone I couldn't see, and a man in front of me. It got too we were at 130 I was (my last bid was 120) when the owner, not the auctioneer, asked the man in front if they were in any relation to the original renter, which he was. So the owner said again and "I QUOTE" and (theirs are plenty of witnesses for ALL of this by the way ) "WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO RESET THE WHOLE THING" at this point I thinking ya know there's family drama here IM OUT.. When they start up again the auctioneer starts back AT the other bids (not a reset in my mind) But this is when I started crossing throat IN a "I'm out!" Motion. Then they somehow went from 130 to selling it TO ME FOR 140$ I then politely pleased pleaded my case to the owner, as to not interrupt the auction. To which he implied well nothing we can do you are liable for it. So being quite upset I walk away knowing I'm having to spend 140 on a unit I was out on. My father who was next too me handed my bidder card to the woman up front and we said we were leaving, and I had all intention of paying for the unit at this point. She however asked us why we were leaving, I again exolained my case to which she said " OH well then hold on" mayne a minute later the owner then comes yelling "ARE YOU IN OR ARE OUT!" I said "I was out Sir" He then said "THEN GET THE F#%K OUT" my father calmly said "okay" ( I stopped talking at this point as I started to feel my seizure aura hit so I needed to calm myself and fast) he then agressivly advances saying "WALK!" Again my father with maybe a bit of a tone this time replied "We're Walking". Still aggressively coming, he yells One last time F#%King walk... And we continued on. So if you want a bully who will cuss you out over a minor dispute sure go ahead and use this place but I HIGHLY HOPE you don't. STAY AWAY.. This was at the Unlisted Location on Hitech blvd. But I think Stow and Go as a company should really Stow some of their business practices and certain people need to learn how to be civilized.
