I closed an account and three months later I get a statement that the closed account is negative and I have overdraft fees. Apparently they decided to steal another $100... I switched to Ally Bank and am amazed how great the customer service is. I cannot understate how great it feels to get away from Wells Fargo.

Albert Lea has the least helpful bankers in the Wells Fargo banks across the world. Go to Austin mn it's night and day difference. I wanted to pay my mortgage and they wouldn't even help. Now I go to Austin for good bankers that aren't lazy

I had good experiences here. I was disappointed that they don't open until 6 anymore. However, the staff were very nice and the services were quick.

The rudest employees from the tellers to the branch manager. They won’t let you withdraw money in the drive thru they tell you to just go to the atm outside.

I went to the Albert Lea location and had the pleasure of working with the branch manager Joseph, he was very professional and exceeded my expectations ,I really enjoyed the visit.

Branch manager Victoria is probably the most incompetent woman I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. The bank is poorly run and monetary mistakes are apparently all too common here. I just wish someone had told me what I now know today, I am closing my account.

One star in too many for these crooks. They wont answer the phone, dont have voicemail...dont have time for anybody. Avoid them like the plague and bank somewhere where they ACTUALLY care about you as the customer, because this is not that place!

Worst bank ever. Any money you deposit they will try to keep. They are the bank other banks make fun of in commercials. Stay away.
