“I got delayed in traffic and pulled into the drive through at BankWest in Rockford at 6:03, and the closed signs were lit up on the canopy, so I just passed through. The wonderful lady inside saw me and motioned me to back up to the window. After I sent my check through the tube, I realized I didn't send my ID. I asked through the speaker if she needed my ID. She said no, I recognize your face. She cashed my check and thanked me for coming. Try getting that kind of service at one of the big banks!”

Been with Wings since before I could get a driver's license, and their commitment to people is what's kept me here. Brittany and Amanda truly went above and beyond to help me secure a crucial loan (even when J thought I was rejected for the loan) and helped significantly alter my journey to financial freedom in a positive way. They got to know me and my situation as a person, worked directly with loan underwriters, took plenty of time walking me through the process, and even helped me understand promotional loan offers I got from competitors - something big banks like Wells Fargo can't say. “As much as it pains me to write this down I have to give Wells Fargo Rogers Minnesota a good review. I made a payment through bill pay that was clearly confirmed but never delivered. After dealing with 150% complete incompetent humans with the 800 numbers and the idiots that do not understand ENGLISH or I CAN NOT understand them. I decided to go into the Rogers Minnesota branch. Pam Kurey (teller) was awesome. She did what she was able to do and then directed me to Ethan the branch manager. I sat with Ethan for about 15 minutes and after a total of 45 minutes being at the branch everything was taken care of 100% and efficiently. Like I said it pains me to say this and to give Wells Fargo a good review but they deserve it this time.”
“I am shocked by the negative reviews for the Elk River branch of US Bank. I have been a customer at this branch for the past 17 years, and have always had a good experience. I have had numerous dealings over the years: notary, cashing checks, withdrawals from my account, loans, credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks and have ALWAYS been treated in a very polite and respectful manner. These folks are definitely a 5 star group in my book. I have a feeling many of the people that wrote a negative review went in the bank with a chip on their shoulder to start with. I will be their customer for life!!!”
