“I recently had an instructor brake pedal installed at the Albertville location. I want to start by saying that I truly value Cuming Mobility’s expertise. That’s the main reason I continue to travel over 50 miles to this facility, even though there are technicians closer to my business. Their specialization in installing instructor brake pedals is why I’ve chosen them repeatedly.

However, I was surprised by the recent labor charge of $945 (7 hours at $135/hour). Based on my previous experience, I expected the total to be significantly lower.

I understand that labor rates can increase over time, but as a returning customer and a small driving school owner with a limited fleet, costs like this have a major impact on my business.
I’m sharing this feedback constructively because I value their work and hope they will consider reviewing labor efficiency, pricing consistency, and customer communication for loyal clients. I would still like to continue working with them in the future and hope for a more positive billing experience next time.”

“A great experience with this rental office. A vehicle was brought to me at Ryan Collision Center where my car was in for repairs after an accident. I had the vehicle for a little over a week and the Enterprise rep was very reassuring that the rental charge would be paid by the insurance company. Top notch customer service, thank you,”

“I was told by 2 separate Avis Customer Service Reps that I had to drop off the car during office hours.
As a result I didn't have a ride home and had to pay $60 for a Lyft.
I got out of the car and BAM right there was a drop box for keys.

The rep inside was chill and attentive. No complaints there.

The office was oddly full of plants in various states of death and decay.

4/5 stars. It was the least stressful part about renting from Avis.”

“We picked up our rental the night before leaving on Vacation, and when getting ready to pack to leave we noticed the liscense tabs were past due!!! Not panicking nor calling and being a jerk...as we all have things happen in life they offered to swap out vehicles, and left there with a very nice and new Chevy Tahoe. It did get worse mileage than the original SUV would've, but I could've drove slower and saved some also. The rest of the trip was great and return process was great! Will definitely rent from there again.”
