Had a great experience at the Coach Outlet store. It was beautiful and clean, great options, lots of good deals and big selection of clearance items. This store will sell you used/damaged products without considerable accountability. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: They also expect you to go out of your schedule to return products even when the errors are out of the scope of your own control. Coach might be tanking as a brand and a customer service pioneer.
Let me tell you as somebody who grew up alongside the latest & greatest brands represented in the industry, from angles of both front & back of house as far as retail etiquette is concerned… this brand seems to have evolved into a “Gotchya” brand. Yes, the quality is appealing. Yes, the styles are in fashion. But let’s not forget that the CARE the brand offers is borderline obsolete… if you grew up in the late 90’s or early 00’s, don’t let this brand gaslight you into thinking that they can deliver poor customer deliverability just because the corporate mantra hugs old company values. Spend your hard-earned money in places where the value is more justified. We all work.. we all care.. but when companies like this lean on complicity or of lack-there-of, let’s use our best judgment and aim our income spending where the value of effort is reciprocated.

Unfortunately, the purse I should’ve received as a gift had noticeable cigarette marks on it, which was quite disappointing. The marks are clearly visible and affect the overall appearance of the purse. Customer service & proper management should be aware that the issue shouldn't have occurred in the first place. I suggest improving quality checks before shipping items to ensure customers receive products in pristine condition. Based on this experience, I'm hesitant to recommend the company.

Went to Michael Kors store next door the Sale they had was amazing. I just went to take back a return and ended up getting a purse and matching wallet for less the $100
