I don’t have a lot of prescriptions to be filled. But whenever I need one renewed they are ready to do their job. If they say order will be ready Monday afternoon, well, the order is ready.

We have had the worst service at this specific pharmacy. Specifically with Megan and one of the managers. Every single time my husband or I go in there she’s incredibly rude, short, and clearly hates her job. I understand this industry is difficult, but some customer service training may go a long way.

I switched away from this pharmacy for a few reasons but used them a few weeks ago in a pinch and I was reminded a big reason why I switched.
I needed a prescription filled and while my doctor had just called it in, I figured I would swing in and ask because I had poison oak and was rather itchy. Before I was able to explain I know that it had been a short time, the woman cut me off and was rude the entire time. She said it would be 20 minutes and I could wait, which I was fine with.
When I came back no one was in line and I asked if she wouldn’t mind ringing out a couple items. I wouldn’t have asked if there were other people waiting and she once again was extremely rude saying how they don’t do that but since nobody was in line she would.
I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to my regular pharmacy then ever come back here again. Horrible staff.

Very rude staff. It feels like I’m bothering them every time I stop in to fill my prescription. And on top of that they never have anything in stock, don’t know if they just aren’t checking or if they just aren’t doing a good enough job or keeping inventory

They are extremely rude! Tell you wrong information about your insurance and then jump down your throat when you question what they are talking about. They kept saying I have Medica when I know 100% I do not. It’s Americas PPO. THEY NEED NEW STAFF BECAUSE EVERY TIME I GO HERE THEY ACT LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOB!!! Whoever was working on 10/16 at 11:35 AM both women should be fired. Hahaha then they just came back to say it’s billed through CVS!! Yeah so you argued with me for no reason!!! NOT MEDICA! I know insurance like the back of my hand.

***First and foremost, the Pharmacist on duty told me to not use their phone ordering system because it doesn't work, you should call the Pharmacy and talk to someone directly**Based on the reviews below, the service provided by the pharmacy isn't customer service based.If you have a prescription, and it's over the counter, and not filled, the pharmacist is very quick to recommend just paying for it out of pocket, even if insurance is covering the other one.Reaching out to their corporate headquarters isn't much better. The initial lady I talked to was very friendly. She transferred me to voicemails on two separate days, including the VP of Operations who didn't feel a need to follow up, which was alarming if another employee at Coborn's felt that my phone call should be directed to them.Days later I did receive a phone call back from the pharmacist at 12:07 PM, they would be gone at 2 PM and then not back again until next week. There was no other times on when they would be available at the pharmacy.Considering medications for people are a necessity in a lot of cases, the lack of interest in the concerns presented is very concerning. I would recommend looking to see if there are alternative options, if there are not, I would HIGHLY recommend that all prescription orders are made to a person during business hours and don't depend on the phone orders system they provide.

Good grocery store. Nice and clean. Bakery is fabulous.Meat/Seafood options are solid. That being said couple of demerits.. They like to tout their brand items so they don't have the normal selections you would typically find always available. They also have strange placements of items so its hard to find things at times. We always find ourselves having to go to Cub after for items they don't have. Also they are pricey compared to competition. That aside I spent a good 10 minutes looking for sauerkraut today. Finally posted thoughts after 10 years of going to multiple locations..

I had several prescriptions to pick up following surgery. I was discharged from hospital at 9:30am, which is when the prescriptions were transmitted to Coborns. I Arrived at Coborns at 5:30PM (yes 8 hours later), used the drive thru, met by pharmacy staff at the window, indicated that I had 4 prescriptions to pick up; she asked DOB, gave her the info....she asked if they were needed today? Ummmm yes, they were medications following surgery. She said they would not be ready for another 60-90 minutes.....ummm you have had ALL day! She was rude and unfriendly!!! Unfortunately they are the closest pharmacy I can use for ad hoc prescriptions with my insurance, otherwise I would definitely find another pharmacy to use.
