The store is nice, but the checkout experience was really lacking and before I would’ve just brushed it off, but I am so sick of rude people. The two teens that checked me out couldn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted paper or plastic, but they did the lady in front of me. They couldn’t bother stopping to talk about their gossip and boss for two minutes while I was checking out which I don’t even care about that, but don’t be rude to me because you’re checking me out and I must be invading on your time to gossip. Not once did I act rude to them not once but boy the looks I got and of course, not even a thank you

Was in the store a couple days ago and had a crazy experience. I usually shop at Cub and was so lost in this store. I was in the frozen, produce and soup aisle and not one person spoke or even attempted to smile at me. I just went about my day and then needed my cold items from dairy. The experience was night and day I must say. The manager smiled at me and then commented on my shoes. She asked if I need help finding anything and of course I said yes. She helped me find all the dairy items while having a meaningful conversation with me. She even walked me to the deli for my laughing cheese 😆. I can tell you she took the time to get to know me and I felt like a friend not a transaction. I also want to add that it is because of her that I will be back to this store. Just think if I hadn't visited the dairy department how different this review would have been. Have her sown some time with your other staff to be friendly or at least approachable. In this world we all need a little light and she was definitely mine that day!

I loved this grocery store! Everything is neat and fresh. Great prices too. Definitely will be shopping here from now on. People working there were super nice too.

Love that the accept plastic recycling! The dry cleaning is so convenient and they have very friendly staff!

Jen, in the flower shop, did an amazing job on the flowers for a 50th anniversary party! Not only were the prices great, she was an absolutely pleasure to work with. I even threw a very last minute curve ball at her and she came through perfectly, all with a smile on her face! I will definitely be going back for all my future flower needs!
