Just got our first wheelchair accessible van after searching locally in NC and not finding what I wanted. I found the one I was looking for online at Cummings Mobility. (2025 Honda Odyssey-Braunability) They were very helpful, made the process so easy and shipped it to us. I’m so grateful for their help and to have my van! It’s beautiful and we love it. We Highly recommend Cummings Mobility.

The vans and service they did on vans for my grandparents was great. Went about and beyond. Only concern is one of the driver's that would pick up and drop off vans for maintenance took advantage of my grandparents. For years she would act like she's my grandmas friend even though we all told my grandma she was only using my grandparents. However I couldn't prove it until now. The bank finally reached out to my grandma and told her something is going on and with some searching found out it was Denise. The driver from Cummins. I'm writing this so you are aware. I don't think it needs to be a state regulated thing and it's a great service you offer however it allowed someone to take advantage of vulnerable adults. I don't know the hiring process over there but I do know the moment I met Denise I knew she was taking advantage of the job

The team at Cummings is great! As I've aged and started to struggle with mobility, I've needed to start using adaptive equipment (more than just handcontrols) on my vehicle. Cummings installed the equipment while I waited and when there were issues (something faulty from the manufacturer) with the equipment, they secured the necessary parts and had me up and running! Josh always responds to my inquiries promptly and Rick is a wizard with the equipment. So happy they're close enough to take care of me and help me keep my independence that comes with being able to drive!

Recently purchased a rear access mobility Dodge Grand Carvan for them and it is amazing! They also delivered it to me all the way from the Cities to North Dakota. I have nothing but good things to say about Charlie and the entire experience. Thank you Cummings!!

Had a great experience with Josh purchasing a used van! Originally I reached out about a newer van only to find it “on hold”. Several weeks later Josh reached out about a van that they had received as a trade-in. A few more miles than we were looking for, but sent pictures and you couldn’t beat the price! They were in the process of putting a new floor in and my husband became extremely interested. Josh kept us in the loop as to the progress and even took it down the street for a secondary inspection. I would highly recommend Cummings Albertville, and especially Josh as he made the process extremely easy!! Job well done and kudos to all involved!

What an enjoyable experience we had from Charlie and his staff. We ordered our van from Charlie over the phone. We chatted about wants and needs for us as well as our daughter, who is chair bound. I sent Charlie a short video walk around of our trade, and we completed the transaction by a few emails. Fast forward 3 & 1/2 weeks and we headed to Albertville to pick up our new Braunability rear entry Pacifica. We finished up the paperwork as they guys in the shop made the final modifications.
Charlie and his staff were complete pro’s and we can’t thank them enough!
Thanks again for the easy and pleasant way of buying a specialty vehicle and actually getting what you want.

I found Cummings Mobility online and reached out to them about a new accessible van ( my van was totaled in an accident). I spoke to Charlie about what happened, why I needed a replacement and my specifications. Within a few hours I got a list of possible candidates. After I made my decision, Charlie reached out to see what shipping would be and then got the van ready for purchase and shipment. It was a friendly and seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommend, great service, fair price and awesome people.

I don’t usually write reviews, but our journey with Cummings Mobility (Janson Ave) began three years ago, and there’s been no turning back. Charlie Cummings is the genuine article—along with his brother and their team, they are unwaveringly committed to ensuring positive outcomes.
From the initial purchase (Charlie was amazing) through eleven ‘emergencies’ (often owner-inflicted) and smooth periodic maintenance, they truly stand out.
Without hesitation, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend them! ?

Great place of business the Environment is immaculate they handle every care an concern of they vehicles they sell you. Even if it goes kaput they wanna make the pain a little less. We share bonds with our cars I bought my first Van from them. An the process? They made the process very easy, if you're in the area looking for Adaptive Equipment Vehicles, I Know from experience they will continue treating you like family after the sale. Calvin & Joe are great salespeople.
