Rude staff member who seemed racist didn’t even greet when I walked in, but only greeted all others who walked in after me. Didn’t even seem to care to sell me anything or to deal with me. Won’t be coming back here .

I am happy to be the first one to review this GUESS store at the Alberville MN premium outlets because one of the sales person here (a lady) was very dishonest and tried to cheat me. The simons VIP offers a $20 discount on $100 purchase but when I asked her, she said we don't participate and doubting something, when I returned in 5 min, another male sales person at the same store applied the discount. I don't know if the reason was pure racism or tried to trick me for money but irrespective, be careful when you shop around at this store and check your bills thoroughly to ensure you are getting the right prices.
