This was a last minute decision just wanted a nice French tip short nails showed the lady the picture of EXACTLY what I wanted I said “I want it EXACTLY like this” she say “yeah yeah I can do” I REPEATED “EXACTLY like this” she say “yeah” she proceeded first of all the acrylic she was about to put on my hand was clear I had to tell her the picture I showed you the acrylic was pink “oh yeah” she say first strike asked how much for this she say “80 dollars“ second strike in my mind I’m thinking this is 60 bucks tops but ok whatever let’s do it she kept filing my nails so hard it was burning on the sides I KEPT pulling my hand back to let her know that hurts 3rd strike she kept apologizing but not adjusting she started polishing and doing the French tip it was nothing like the picture I showed her she kept trying to fix it she was not even close to the picture if I asked you to do it EXACTLY like the picture you shouldn’t kept asking me if I like it if it’s like the picture I wouldn’t keep telling you to fix this or fix that by this point I’m over it I just wanted her to hurry up so I can go she could see the expression on my face I was highly dissatisfied you tell them one thing they do another I won’t ever be back and I should’ve just told her to take it off she waisted my time and money

The ladies were very kind and professional, and paid extra attention to detail to ensure the best service possible! Coming out of state to an experience like this was amazing. Would definitely come back if I visit again in the future.

Whether it's a pedicure or a manicure they do excellent work and they are my favorite place to go. They are also very accommodating when I need to come in on short notice. Highly recommend!

Teo is great! Best pedicure I have had. The facility is updated, clean, and their new pedicure chairs are top of the line. Highly recommend!

We've been coming to Impress Nails for years!! Bea always asks if we would like to request anyone, when we make our reservations but honestly, we've always been happy with whoever does our pedicures - every single time. PLUS, they've updated their salon with all new chairs/furniture it looks great!

They did a great pedicure and fixed 2 toenails that are broken down, half gone. My toes look completely normal! There is a $10 per toe extra charge for this and its 100% worth it! Highly recommend.

Stopped coming a couple years ago because Bea had me come in early. So I came in early, Imagine my surprise when she booked two of us at the same time. She kept switching us out of the chair back and forth and it was very stressful. A few days ago I book an appointment for Mother Daughter 4th of July nails .We came in and they say wait 20 minutes, we waited 20 minutes and they said can you come back tomorrow or wait another 20 minutes. Now its 2 days until the 4th and we are scrambling. We left and obviously, I should have known better and I hope you will too. My normal nail lady at Nail and Spa was out this week, so tried them again. They also charge more than Nails n Spa in Maple Grove. Which is my normal Nail place last few years and they are a 5 Star. Highly recommend Nails n Spa in Maple Grove. Impress did not Impress.

My first time visiting Impress Nails. I had a Pedicure with Pam. She did a fabulous job and I tried Cat Eyes on my toenails for the first time.
Clean salon with many (~14-15)massage chairs. A great place to make an appointment for a girls day out with a group of Friends for a pedicure. Credit Cards are accepted for payment. Please tip in cash.
