Great selection on clothes and gift options. Fantastic customer support! The gentleman helped me find the perfect gifts and was so helpful when I had to exchange a size (size mistake on my end). I recommend this location!

Drove to this store to buy a hat of my son's favorite team at Lids, come to my surprise at 11:43 at my arrival the store was closed, no lights were on and no sign displayed on the door anywhere stating that the store was closed. I checked there hours online it said 10-7pm.So I saw security in the lot and asked him if he knew why the store was closed? He said probably a staffing issue but he's not sure and he's was sorry for the inconvenience. At this time I called management of the mall and they had no idea why it was closed as they didn't hear anything, so I asked so the manager of the store doesn't have to open, she said yes the key holder would then open the store. I told her the store was not open and there was no sign or anything on the door as far as their hours or anything. Mall management states the stores have to go by mall hours and she would call around to get answers,No wonder why there is so many vacant spots in that mall nobody works

The website says their open till 7pm. I arrived at 5:45pm and they are closed! It was a long drive to the store. So, to be let down this way sucks.

Went today, a Wednesday, in the 11am-12pm hour. Store locked. No signs or notes indicating they weren’t open for the day. Really annoyed as that was the only reason I trekked to Albertville today.

I stopped by today in search of an XL hat. The young man working there was very friendly and helpful. They didn't have what I wanted but I felt it necessary to give a positive review.

Xavier was no help. I bought the wrong size hat and they charged me 15 dollars extra to return it. When the hat I got was 2 dollars more.
