Called the store because I lost my earrings in the fitting room - 100% sure it was there because I have photos with them in the fitting room and then no earrings outside. My fault, yes! But they didn’t try to help the situation at all, it felt like I was an annoyance rather than a customer that had just spent $250 dollars in their store. They told me to call back to see if they have found them. I had to ask them if they could give me a ring if they did… customer service 101

Major training needed for the staff. I walked in and 2 staff members looked me dead in the face and didn’t say anything. No customers in the store just lazy for no reason.

I called store and was told I could store exchange a backpack I bought and used once but the straps were so slippery it would not stay on my shoulders. I had my receipt for the purchase but not the tag for the back pack. The gal said that would be fine since it’s a default. I went to store last Thursday and found out I could not get store credit but needed a store exchange at the same time. I could not find anything but was told I should just come back since they receive new merchandise daily. Super sweet worker. Well last night I went back and was told absolutely not-would not give even exchange since the tag was not on the backpack. Wish I was told this on my initial call since this all involved a lot of drive time. The store manager needs to work on customer service and have a better personality. If I was told this could be done then it should have been granted. She could have said let me check with her associates and if that was the case-yes they would do this as a one time fault on her associate and not blame me. I would not have wasted my time and expense 2 times if this would have been relayed the first time calling store. Lulu lemon at fault but manager claims customer-hmmmmm

I'm always excited when I get to stop at the Lululemon outlet ~40 minutes from Minneapolis. Back to school time is very busy for this store. There was still a good selection of styles and colors available. I did get a pair of leggings for $29 - bright colored. Although most items are only $5-10 off. They don't carry a lot of the staple items (ie black leggings). It's more bright colors and patterns. It's fun to stop by to see what they have.

If any of you girlies who is obsessed with black lulu leggings, they won't have them in sized 2 and up only 0, store workers were nice, didn’t find anything I liked but overall good store

Lululemon at this location is so discrimination of Asian. I shopped here with my friends alot but people working here are not very friendly to asian us lately . We have military discount and they wont willing to do the price adjustment. They make us to called the number they give us. They dont want to deal with us. Every time am here, I never spend less than $500 each time. This is will be my last time shop here.
