I would not even give this store 1 star, but it made me choose at least 1 star 🤦♀️ Poor customer service from the manager!!
We purchased a pair of shorts for my daughter. We got home and realized the security tag was still on the shorts. I called the Albertsville Old Navy to see what they could do. They told me we would need to bring the shorts back in to have it removed. We live over an hour and a half away from any Old Navy store. The guy I spoke with didn’t seem to care. Trying to find shorts for my petite daughter is difficult! I asked to speak to the manager and he said he was the manager.
I am very disappointed in this whole experience!!

They employees just treated me horribly👎🏻, you can tell they didn’t care about customer service one tiny bit, and i saw the managers being so disrespectful to their other employees, i think the managers might need a good talk from some one, how to treat employees and customers 👎🏻

Good selection and good prices but on multiple occasions now they would put items in a clearance section in the back left area of the store and when we’d go to check out they’d ring it at full price after clearly looking at the “clearance” price tag and pretend to not notice. Then when we call them out on it they refuse to honor the price. Called corporate offices.
This is a management issue. Not a staff issue. They’re very friendly and helpful.

Aside from the typical strip mask experience of having no automatic accessible door, the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is in an inconvenient spot. Once inside, the store is mostly clean enough to maneuver through easily, though the sizes are kind of all over the place, especially in the clearance. One great thing about this store is the accessible changing room. It's plenty big enough for any size chair plus a caregiver, and there is a bench and a grab bar in there. I rarely see grab bars in changing rooms. The store is typically stocked well with all sizes of any given item and the staff is always friendly. A for effort.

Very friendly staff. The store is very organized. I expected the prices to be more competitive. Some discounts but not big savings for someone that like to shop on their website.
