We were the only 2 in the place and took over 15 mins for our food. I ordered a meat and potato combo. They just gave me a meat and cheese burrito. Ordered a steak burrito and was given chicken. Was on the road before we saw couldn't get it corrected. No surprise why they are all closing when it goes like this.

Food was good. But service was none existing. Everyone was gathered in the back talking and completely ignored the front. I believe I stood there for 5-10 minutes before I decided to order with my card on the kiosk.

I have never seen this bad of customer service in my life before. I tried to call and talk to the manager and a “taco John’s employee” said it was illegal to disclose when I was able to call back to talk to the actual manager… this store assistant manager “banned” my mom that’s in her 70’s from going here when all she did was say that the food wasn’t fresh and asked for new food? These prices are ridiculous to begin with and getting cold food and absolutely horrible customer service on top is completely appalling. I will never in my life go to this location again and will tell everyone I know not to waste their time to go to this taco John’s gas station.

Ordered a meat and potato burrito meal tonight. Place was absolutely dead inside and drive thru. Beef. No lettuce. No tomato. Medium meal. Nacho cheese. Mtn dew. Guy confirmed order twice. Got to window. Had no idea what I just ordered to drink. Forgot nacho cheese. Oles old and disgusting. Put lettuce and tomato although not much into an ice cold burrito and sent me on my way. Only thing fresh was the forgotten nacho cheese and the forgotten mtn dew. Can't eat nacho cheese and mtn dew for dinner. Waste of money. Steadily declining performance. Get it together.

I went here this morning for breakfast, ive been coming here for years, same exact order every time. Sausage potato ole scrambler with a side of salsa. Thats what I say everytime, ive never once had an issue until today when I get to pay for my food and get yelled at because they made me the burrito and not the bowl, apparently this is the third time this has happened today? Doesnt seem like a customer issue to me. The menu clearly saysPotato Ole ScramblerOrScrambler Breakfast Burrito.I will probably not be returning to this location for some time now, I dont appreciate getting yelled at for someone elses mistake.

Just don’t go here! It’s not worth the stop for cold food and drink poured into multiple cups cause their lids didn’t fit“Best they can do they say” while talking about customers loud enough you can hear. Payed way too much for the food and poor service I received.Could go on but Hopefully someone can pull it together here!

Service was great. Food was good as only Taco Johns can do. Atmosphere was Awesome. Haha we were the only ones in there.To Bad people are really missing out on great service.

Super quick for a TJs, food was great, place was super clean, especially for being in a truck stop which get a lot of traffic :)Vegetarian options: I love TJ' for providing a decent variety of selections for pescatarians/vegetarians!
