Always try and buy local but after 2 new iPhone 15’s in a week with batteries that were defective the store manager and owner could care less about customer service and more about profit. Go to the Elk River Verizon. The new owner and store manager could care less if your local and could care less about your time. Clowns

My parents and I just got new phones and the 3 of us all went in at once, which was probably a bit overwhelming. Jeffery helped us and was truly amazing to work with. He was very patient with us and very kind. He turned what usually is an overwhelming and dreadful process to a very easy and smooth. We really appreciated his help and really recommend working with him!
