The staff made CERTAIN to let me and my partners know that they were closing in 15 minutes. I browsed for about 5 minutes, found something I'll come back for, and started to leave. I noticed that they had already closed one half of the door the moment I walked in. When I left, at 6:50pm, they loudly closed the door behind us. The hours on the door say that Jo-Ann's is open until 7:00pm. So, I'm wondering why they didn't stay open until 7. And why was the staff so abrupt with potential customers? What does this say to someone who might be visiting our beautiful tourist centered city of Alexandria? Just something to think about”
