They scammed my mother a while ago with the ol “free phone upgrade” and never resolved the issue. After several months of skirting the issue and excuses of staff changes they just stopped helping.

Staff at the store was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, I was given false information regarding the price of my phone, the ability to pay it off early, as well as the price of a new plan when comparing it to my former plan.I was told that because I had an old plan where 3 of us shared data, we could move to an unlimited data plan and actually save $50 per month. However, after viewing my online account at home, this is NOT the case, we paid about $155 per month on our old plan and the estimated cost of our new plan is $265. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I would like to return to my old plan or have the cost of the new plan reduced to the price of my old plan.Also, I was told the phone I was purchasing was 50 percent off and could be paid off after receiving the first bill. However, I discovered that if the phone is paid off early, I would be paying the full price. The only way you really get 50 percent off is by making monthly payments over three years and each payment will be reduced by 50 percent. VERY DECEIVING!An online survey was completed and I requested that a manager contact me to help resolve these issues, but my request has been ignored.

Mark is the man! First off great personality and he helped me fix my phone in under a minute. I was on a road trip and my phone died, I couldn’t charge it with my cord. Mark was able to help me unclog the dust in phone and recommended me a new charger after showing me the charger that worked with the phone, after cleaning. Great service! Thanks!

Accidentally gave a bad rating in a survey so want to fix it!! We had a super great experience working with Mark M on 11/6. He was able to help get our bill fixed, order a new phone, and get a watch for us. He was super personable and really made us feel like he enjoyed helping people! It was great to have such an easy experience with him when normally we dread having to deal with phone things. 5 stars!

Store associates were very helpful, I trust them to give me the best and right information and they did. I will continue to us the Alexandria, MN store as my go to place. Very highly recommended.

UPDATE!! Thank you for addressing and fixing this issue. It's appreciated that this can finally be closed and we can move forward with a clean slate. I am looking forward to continue doing business with you. I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars.If I could give a zero star, I would. The previous manager lied about specific incentives for signing up, and so has the current manager. They don't answer your questions or don't get back to you in the appropriate amount of time in the hopes the customers give up and forget about it. The associate, when I called and asked about the situation he just transferred me without saying he was going to. It's disgusting that a company can sucker customers. Before switching, even though you have it in writing, check with corporate to make sure these incentives exist. I'm beyond irate.

Called and spoke with Cody about the new iPhone 12 for my wife as a Christmas present and to make sure they were open and whether I could come down without an appt. (covid) He was very helpful with my preliminary questions over the phone and extremely courteous and helpful with my purchase in person. I've always had exceptional customer service at this store and with guys like Cody and his co-workers. It should be a fabulous experience for you readers as well.

Mark M was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Apple product line. He seamlessly upgraded my iPhone SE to to an iPhone 13 mini. I appreciate his willingness to do more than what would normally expected.
