Car Wash
“Clean bathrooms. Good selection of food and drink. And kudos on the app where you can get 10 cents off at the pump. No more going in with coupon and requesting money back. I find some of the staff at this location very friendly, too.”

“Had a issue with the automatic wash... my fault partially for not pulling up far enough with my crew cab long box. I made a call and got a call back within minutes. Very professional and kind.”
“I have only been to this car wash two times and when I visited today the car wash employee, Brady was very helpful and kind. He was the ONLY employee there as they are extremely short staffed. I was having a hard time getting my car wash card to work, user error, and Brady was very kind. While I was dealing with the car wash kiosk, there were 5 cars waiting and Brady was able to help me and get everyone on their way, without any unhappy customers. Very happy with the service!”

Car Wash
“Diamond is by far the best car wash in Alexandria. I’ve been to most of the other ones in town and was accepting of the quality of the wash until I went to Diamond Waves and Wags. My wife and I both have a monthly wash package and are always completely satisfied with the quality of the wash and the amenities provided to complete the cleaning and drying of our vehicles.”
