“Clean room. Carpet feels a bit unpleasant on bare feet though. Bathroom is stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The hotel itself is a bit of maze with it's odd layout, but still easy enough to find where you are going. Pool area is actually an entire rec area with a pool, two hot tubs, game room, fitness room, and indoor volleyball court(on carpet). Nice restaurant attached. Overall a decent hotel. I do wish Holiday Inn would provide a free breakfast like the majority of others.”
“Room was an average room with king bed, good sized TV but adding streaming service would be an excellent added perk for guests. Breakfast was your standard meal but very tasty. Very helpful front desk personnel. My only complaint is that they removed the hot from the pool area and had a dry sauna that barely got above 80 degrees after I sat in there for a half hour.”

“Great place! Great staff!! Great location!!! From the moment I arrived the front desk staff was very welcoming and VJ even upgraded me to a gorgeous Lakeview room. The room was extremely clean and the bed was super comfortable!! Food in the restaurant was very good, Yimo was my server and she was fantastic!! Chef with the creepy mustache was a little odd, but overall a great dining experience. Next day enjoyed the grounds, round of golf and drinks at Rafters! It was supposed to be a business trip that turned into a weekend of fun! Thank you Arrowwood Resort for a much needed fun and relaxing weekend 👍👍”

“Stopped here for the night on our way to Chicago. Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean and breakfast was provided in the morning. Also close to the freeway so we were back on the road in no time!”

“All the staff I had interwctions with were nice. The tub was very slow draining; when I told the front desk clerk she was sincere about getting it looked at. Smoke detectors are super sensitive and I missed the sign at the front desk regarding this so did set mine off.”
