Integrity is right! I have closed on properties with Jill, the owner, and she has been more than helpful. She goes above and beyond to assist in the process. Her staff is excellent. I must shout out to Donna as well at the front desk. She’s always happy to hear from me and very helpful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Integrity Title and would never recommend.Their service was riddled with numerous inexcusable mistakes from mathematical errors to including a stranger in our confidential email communication.Their handling of the closing documents was nothing short of abysmal.To make matters worse, the timeliness of their service was horrific.But what truly stands out is Integrity Title's gaslighting behavior when confronted. Rather than taking responsibility about their wrong doing the blame was shifted to others.The whole experience with Integrity Title was a nightmare from start to finish. Their numerous mistakes, chronic lateness and gaslighing tactics make them a company I'd steer clear of.

They made the process of selling our home so much less stressful. More than a year after the sale I needed a copy of our documents, and they were still just as amazing in customer service as they were at closing.

Would not recommend this title service. They did not properly complete a real estate transaction. Provided information that was factually not true. I had to clear it up on my own.
